Artículo 12. Las Dependencias o Entidades deberán enterar al Instituto las Cuotas y Aportaciones
tomando como Sueldo Básico mínimo el límite inferior previsto en el artículo 17 de esta Ley, aun en el
caso de Trabajadores que tengan un ingreso inferior a dicho límite.
